Our Service

What We Do

AutoMatch Australia is a vehicle sourcing and price negotiation service. We locate a suitable new vehicle matching your requirements and negotiate price and terms with a dealer on your behalf. We do not sell vehicles ourselves and are not a party to the contract of sale between you and the dealer.

2

What We Don't Guarantee

We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle, dealer, or delivery timeframe. We guarantee our effort to secure a suitable offer and, for new vehicles, a minimum saving as set out below.

Fees & Payment
3

The $495 Fee

A flat $495 service fee is payable upfront via a secure Revolut payment link, sent to you by SMS after your consultation, before we begin negotiating on your behalf. This fee covers our time and effort sourcing and negotiating, regardless of the final purchase price.

4

Refund Policy

Your fee is refunded in full if we are unable to secure a suitable offer within 30 days of your consultation. If we secure a genuine offer that meets the savings guarantee below but you decline to proceed for personal reasons, the fee is considered earned and is non-refundable, since the service has been delivered. Requests to withdraw before an offer is secured will be assessed case by case.

To request a refund, email hello@automatchaustralia.com.au or call 0448 086 243, quoting your name and enquiry date. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days back to your original Revolut payment method.

We aim to have initial dealer pricing back to you within 24-48 hours of your consultation, with terms typically finalised within 1-7 days after that. These are service targets, not guarantees, and don't affect the binding 30-day refund window above, which depends on final terms being negotiated and agreed.

5

Payment For The Vehicle

Our $495 fee is entirely separate from the purchase price of your vehicle. Once a contract of sale is agreed, funds for the vehicle are paid directly to the dealer — AutoMatch Australia never receives or holds funds for the vehicle itself.

6

Vehicle Collection

You are responsible for collecting your vehicle from the dealership once settlement is complete. We do not currently offer or arrange delivery to your door.

7

Trade-In Vehicles

If you have a vehicle to trade in, we will factor this into negotiations on your behalf. Any trade-in valuation is indicative only and not guaranteed by us. Depending on the offer, your trade-in vehicle may be purchased by the dealer directly or by a third-party trade-in buyer we work with. Either way, this is a separate transaction from your new vehicle purchase and is not with AutoMatch Australia.

8

Coverage

Our service is available Australia-wide. We source and negotiate with dealers across the country, not limited to any particular state or region.

The $2,000 Savings Guarantee
9

How It's Measured

The guarantee compares our negotiated price against the dealer's advertised or initially quoted price ("opening price") for the same vehicle, at the time we begin negotiating. If the difference is less than $2,000, we refund our $495 fee in full.

10

What's Excluded

This guarantee applies to new vehicles only, and does not apply to brands sold under a fixed-price "agency" model where the manufacturer, not the dealer, sets the price — currently including Tesla, Honda, BYD, Mercedes-Benz, Genesis and Polestar. These brands don't allow price negotiation by any party, so a savings comparison isn't possible.

General
11

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for arranging your own finance (or using our sister service, LoanMatch Australia), inspecting and test-driving the vehicle before signing, and reviewing the dealer's contract of sale terms.

12

No Warranty On The Vehicle Itself

Any manufacturer or dealer warranty is between you and the dealer/manufacturer. AutoMatch Australia is not responsible for the condition, performance, or ongoing servicing of any vehicle sourced through our service.
